I'm getting copies ordered to sign for those of you who want one; if you want my squiggle on a hardback of the book, please drop me a comment or email me and let me know.I'll set up a payment account soon and you can pre-order them. You've got to give it a few weeks before they get to you though.
I've noticed the prices appear a bit too high for a novel, so I am querying this with the publisher (I don't set the price, they do). I will let you know the cost of hardcover copies when I get information back.
